About The Position

As our Front Office Manager, you oversee the responsibilities of the Front Office and Concierge’s Department. Maintain high standards in all aspects of internal and external service and embrace the Hotel Terra service culture. Promote, develop and maintain unity and teamwork throughout the department. Actively participate in all aspects of Front Office operations, including assisting in check in, check out, reservations and activities. Communicate with guests in a professional, courteous and helpful manner. Manage Front Office and Concierge teams to maximize the guest experience, exceed expectations and efficiently complete daily departmental objectives.

Requirements

A minimum of two years of experience in a similar size hotel (132 rooms) and leading a team of 12.
Full-service hotel experience, preferable in an upscale independent hotel.
Keen sense for hiring, training and coaching great people.
Dependable, organized and have a positive, can-do mindset.
Ability to take ownership of tasks and feedback from manager for continued growth.
