About The Position

Civeo Services is hiring a Front Office Administrator (FOA) for our Oilsands lodges. In this high‑impact role, you’ll lead reservations, deliver exceptional customer service, and support a high‑performing Front Office Team. Rotation is 20/10 with 10‑hour shifts (days/nights/weekends/stat holidays). Report to the designated supervisor and help us elevate the guest experience while driving operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Ability to meet deadlines (email, telephone inquiries, guest inquiries)
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office programs, and Hotel reservation systems
  • Must be willing to work shift work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Possess a positive, friendly and professional attitude
  • Ability to work well with peers in a group environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous hotel experience working in a front desk capacity is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Front Office Supervisor
  • Data Entry
  • Guest Services (handling reservation and guest inquiries both in person and over the telephone)
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Other duties as assigned
