We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional to serve as a key support within our front office and administrative operations. This role combines direct client interaction, scheduling and coordination, and HR support functions. You will play an essential role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting both clinicians and leadership. This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple responsibilities at once, and takes pride in keeping both clients and operations organized and on track.

Requirements

  • Must have Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Must past extensive background check
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with frequent interruptions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in administrative support, healthcare, behavioral health, or HR-related functions preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to clinicians and the Administrative Services Manager
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, parents/guardians, and referring agents
  • Schedule appointments and manage clinician calendars
  • Verify insurance benefits and assist with client check-in and payment collection
  • Coordinate client transportation as needed
  • Support clinicians in program delivery and day-to-day operations
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
  • Assist with onboarding new hires, including data entry into payroll systems and maintaining personnel files
  • Coordinate interviews and support recruitment activities, including pre-screening applications
