The Reynolds Farm Equipment Front Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for receiving and redirecting telephone calls from customers and vendors. Under the direction of the Store Manager, you will deliver quality customer service, exceptional phone etiquette, and be a part of one of the country’s top John Deere dealer organizations. The Front Office Administrative Assistant helps all store personnel to be as efficient as possible and provide most accurate information. As the newest member of our administrative organization, you'll be responsible for receiving telephone calls from customers and administering/collecting payments. The Front Office Administrative Assistant must practice confidentiality both in and out of dealership and maintain positive attitude while working to improve teamwork between all dealership personal. Most importantly, perform all duties with honesty, integrity, and adherence to the Corporate's Values.
