About The Position

Rumble Boxing is seeking energetic and people-oriented Front of House team members for its studios in Richmond, Mount Pleasant, and Yaletown. This role is dynamic, involving client interaction, sales, and ensuring a positive studio environment. The Front of House team member is crucial in setting the tone, making clients feel welcome, and contributing to the studio's growth by blending sales, community, and culture.

Requirements

Outgoing, personable, and confident in conversations, in person and on the phone.
Comfortable selling and hitting targets and KPIs.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Fast-moving during busy rushes and calm under pressure.
Coachable and open to feedback.
Good energy is required.
Morning, evening, and weekend availability is important.

Nice To Haves

Sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Sell memberships and class packs through in-person, phone, and digital follow-up.
Convert leads into booked classes, trials, and memberships.
Follow up daily on inquiries, leads, and no-shows.
Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
Welcome every client and first-timer with energy and confidence.
Run smooth check-ins before class.
Handle questions, concerns, and feedback quickly and respectfully.
Build relationships that support retention and referrals.
Keep the front desk clean, organized, and ready for peak traffic.
Support opening and closing duties and daily studio checklists.
Manage phone, email, and internal communications promptly.
Share promos and studio offers clearly.
