About The Position

Rumble Boxing is seeking a Studio Manager for its Vancouver studio (including Yaletown). This role requires a leader with passion, energy, and business acumen to manage sales, operations, team leadership, member experience, and community engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making Rumble the premier fitness destination in the city.

Requirements

5+ years experience in fitness, hospitality, or fast-paced service leadership.
Proven sales track record — you've crushed targets and coached others to do the same.
High-energy leadership style with strong operational skills.
Passion for wellness and community.

Responsibilities

Hit and exceed monthly membership and revenue targets.
Drive retail, PT, and event revenue.
Coach team on sales scripts, conversions, and upsells.
Manage daily operations including scheduling, payroll inputs, POS oversight, and studio flow.
Maintain studio cleanliness and operational standards.
Recruit, train, schedule, and develop front-of-house staff and trainers.
Set weekly expectations and hold team accountable.
Build relationships with members, local businesses, and influencers.
Lead in-studio engagement and partnership events.
Monitor KPIs, attendance trends, and conversion data.
Identify issues early and implement solutions quickly.
