About The Position

Rumble Boxing is a high-energy, music-driven boxing workout built on strength, conditioning, and community. This isn't just fitness — it's performance, intensity, and culture. We're hiring an Assistant Studio Manager for our Vancouver (Mount Pleasant) and Richmond studios — with a clear path to Studio Manager. This is a leadership-track role for someone who wants to run a business, lead a team, and drive revenue and performance. This is not a support role.

Requirements

Sales-driven and results-oriented.
Understand KPIs, targets, and accountability.
Experience in performance-driven environments (retail, hospitality, fitness).
Naturally high-energy and engaging.
Strong ability to command a room and create momentum.
Passion for fitness, training, and performance.
Hospitality leadership (Earls, Cactus, Joey, etc.).
Premium retail (Lululemon, Aritzia).
Boutique fitness front-of-house leaders with sales ability.

Nice To Haves

Boxing or group fitness experience is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

Drive memberships, class packs, and revenue growth.
Execute consults, tours, and follow-ups.
Track and act on KPIs: conversion, retention, attendance.
Deliver a high-energy, premium boxing experience.
Ensure every class feels full, electric, and engaging.
Lead front desk and trainers with clarity and standards.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training.
Hold the team accountable to results.
Run a tight, efficient operation.
Manage labor scheduling and cost control.
Execute marketing campaigns and in-studio activations.
