About The Position

Join the Yacht StarShip Crew! Yacht StarShip is looking for energetic, dependable, and guest-focused team members to join our Front of House crew. If you enjoy hospitality, working with people, and being part of a fast-paced team—and want a workplace that’s a little more exciting than the typical restaurant—we’d love to meet you. Our team delivers memorable dining and event experiences aboard Tampa Bay’s premier dining yachts. From dinner cruises and brunches to weddings, celebrations, and special events, no two shifts are exactly the same.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, banquet, or bar experience is preferred for Server and Bartender positions

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional service throughout our cruises, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, anticipating guest needs, maintaining your section, and helping create an exceptional onboard experience.
• Support our service team by assisting with food running, bussing and resetting tables, maintaining clean and organized guest areas, replenishing service items, and helping servers deliver smooth and efficient service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing friendly, efficient service. Bartenders are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar, following responsible alcohol-service standards, and supporting an exceptional guest experience.
