About The Position

At Mighty Quinn’s, a Wonder restaurant, we are passionate about delivering exceptional food and hospitality. As a Front of House (FOH) Team Member, you’ll play an essential role in creating an outstanding guest experience while delivering friendly, efficient service. Every FOH Team Member is cross-trained across multiple stations, including cutter, sides, cashier and expeditor, to ensure operational excellence and provide the best possible experience for every guest. Requirements

Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to stand for a full shift while working
Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and lift
Must have weekend availability
Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by State, County or Local Health Departments

Nice To Haves

6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role
Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail
Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions
Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Willingness to learn multiple stations and cross-train

Responsibilities

Set up the line and prepare it for service
Engage in direct customer service to ensure accurate, timely preparation of a food order
Facilitate customer purchases by issuing register transactions and processing payments by cash and credit card
Clean and maintain cleanliness of the Mighty Quinn’s dining room
Complete the breakdown and cleaning of the line, including all service line equipment
Perform any and all other tasks customarily required of a FOH food service employee
A willing attitude to go above and beyond in order to please all of our guests
Able to work well with co-workers in a way that builds effective team spirit
