About The Position

At Piada Italian Street Food, Front of House Team Members deliver Genuine Hospitality and a great experience to every Guest. They welcome Guests, introduce them to the menu, and help customize their experience, serving as the first impression for the restaurant. The role involves preparing and processing orders, maintaining food quality and cleanliness, and working with teammates to move Guests through the line efficiently. Team Members may be cross-trained in multiple positions and may be assigned additional duties. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work with assorted kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Must be able to work in hot or cold temperatures.
• Must be able to hear and communicate clearly in a kitchen environment.
• Must be able to speak and articulate clearly.
• Must be able to lean, bend, and reach as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests enthusiastically and educate them about the menu.
• Assemble, package, and process orders as requested.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Follow safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Follow the daily checklist to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
• Cross-train in multiple positions.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
• Work with the team to move Guests through the line swiftly.
