About The Position

Piada Italian Street Food is seeking motivated Front of House Team Members for day, weekend, and evening positions. Team Members deliver Genuine Hospitality and a positive experience to every Guest, serving as the first impression for the restaurant. They may share the restaurant’s story, explain the Chef Menu, and customize each Guest’s experience. Piada provides the tools, ingredients, and training needed to support success and career growth. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work with assorted kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Ability to work in hot or cold temperatures.
• Ability to hear and communicate clearly in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to speak and articulate clearly.
• Ability to lean, bend, and reach as necessary for qualifying positions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests enthusiastically and educate them about the menu.
• Assemble, package, and process orders as requested.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Follow safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Follow the daily checklist to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
• Cross-train in multiple positions.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
• Work with the team to move Guests through the line efficiently.
