About The Position

Piada Italian Street Food is seeking highly motivated Front of House Team Members for day, weekend, and evening positions. Team Members deliver Genuine Hospitality and an excellent experience to each Guest, serving as the restaurant’s first impression. This includes sharing the restaurant’s story, explaining the Chef Menu, and customizing each Guest’s experience. The role also involves preparing and processing orders, maintaining food quality and cleanliness, and working with the team to move Guests through the line efficiently. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work with assorted kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Must be able to work in hot or cold temperatures.
• Must be able to clearly hear and communicate in a kitchen environment.
• Must be able to speak and articulate clearly.
• Must be able to lean, bend, and reach as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests enthusiastically and educate them about the menu.
• Assemble, package, and process orders as requested.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Follow safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Follow the daily checklist to deliver an exceptional Guest experience.
• Cross-train in multiple positions.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
• Work with the team to move Guests through the line swiftly.
