Job Summary The Front-of-House Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting on-site food service operations while overseeing Food Servers and guest-facing service execution. This role ensures exceptional customer service, efficient meal presentation, food safety compliance, and smooth day-to-day front-of-house operations across client locations and catering environments. The ideal candidate is hospitality-driven, highly organized, and capable of leading a team in fast-paced service settings while maintaining Imperial’s standards for professionalism, food safety, and guest experience.
