Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
  • A positive, energetic personality with a passion for hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills and a "lead-by-example" work ethic.
  • Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Run high-energy shifts, manage table turns, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.
  • Coach, motivate, and mentor a large FOH team to maintain high service standards.
  • Maintain top-tier steps of service, handle guest feedback with grace, and keep the restaurant looking sharp.
