Requirements

Experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, hotels, country clubs, senior living, or hospitality
Previous experience as a Lead Server, Restaurant Supervisor, Shift Leader, Banquet Captain, or similar leadership role preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of one year job experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the dining room team during meal service
Set the standard for exceptional hospitality and guest service
Coordinate daily dining operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service
Assist with staff training, coaching, and onboarding.
Ensure service, cleanliness, and presentation standards are consistently met
Partner with culinary and leadership teams to create an outstanding dining experience
Build meaningful relationships with residents and guests through attentive, personalized service
