About The Position
At Stories Coffee Company, we are dedicated to serving a quality coffee product with world-class customer service. As a Front of House Crew Member, you will be instrumental in creating positive customer experiences, whether by efficiently handling orders at the register or drive-through, or by assisting baristas in crafting our signature drinks.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Minimum hiring age is 16 years old.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers over the headset as they drive-up or in person as they walk in and serve their food through the window, interacting in a warm and friendly way.
- Enter the customer’s orders in the POS system.
- Collect payment from guests and make change.
- Prepare all cold drinks including cold brews, smoothies, blended affogatos, refreshers, iced teas, and soft drinks.
- Prepare drip coffee and hot tea for drive-thru orders.
- Finish iced espresso drinks prepared by the barista.
- Serve finished drinks to in store customers and the drive-thru station.
