About The Position

As a Front-End Team Member, you help create a smooth and positive checkout experience by completing purchases accurately and interacting with customers in a friendly, efficient manner. Tasks include scanning items, bagging groceries, answering questions, processing cash, card, and digital payments, and helping resolve pricing or transaction concerns.

You also help keep the front end organized, clean, and operating consistently. Duties may include collecting carts, restocking supplies, and maintaining the checkout area. The work involves changing priorities and a steady customer flow in an active, fast-paced environment. The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working indoors and outdoors as needed. Company cashier or front-end training is completed upon hire.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old, or at least 18 depending on local or state requirements.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work indoors and outdoors as needed.
• Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
