Front End Entry Level
About The Position
Front-end team members may work as courtesy clerks, customer service associates, or cashiers. They help make customers’ visits memorable while supporting customers and fellow associates. The role offers on-the-job and online learning opportunities, with the potential to learn, grow, and develop a long-term career. Starting hourly pay is at least the local minimum wage and varies by location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Listed starting rates are $16.76–$25.15 per hour for cashiers, $16.76–$25.15 per hour for customer service associates, and $16.76–$21.66 per hour for courtesy clerks/baggers. City of Seattle labor agreements start at $18.94 per hour.
