About The Position

Turn5 is hiring a Front-End Developer to develop and support new and existing web applications and site features for its eCommerce platforms and brands. The role works across the software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, development, testing, and deployment. The developer collaborates with development, product, UX, and QA teammates to clarify requirements and deliver solutions, and takes assigned work from start to finish. Mentoring or guiding teammates may also be part of the role. The position is part of an eCommerce Development group composed of senior and mid-level developers. The group partners with QA, UX, Product, IT Development, Data Engineering, and Marketing teams. Turn5 emphasizes work-life balance, clear communication, and mutual support, and offers opportunities to grow technical skills while contributing to high-visibility products. The role uses JavaScript component-based libraries or frontend frameworks such as React. Other technologies the developer may encounter include AI-assisted development tools, C# and .NET or other modern backend stacks, SQL, Elasticsearch, containerization, TypeScript, responsive design, contemporary CSS, and testing tools. These additional technologies are not hard requirements; exposure to some is welcomed. The position has a hybrid schedule: employees within 50 miles of the Paoli, Pennsylvania headquarters typically work onsite two days per month; remote employees work onsite two weeks per year.
