About The Position

Turn5 is seeking a Front-End Developer to develop and support new and existing web applications and site features for its eCommerce brands. The developer will contribute across the software development lifecycle, from planning and estimation through development, testing, and deployment, and will take assigned work from start to finish. The role collaborates with development, product, UX, and QA colleagues to clarify requirements and deliver solutions, and may include mentoring or guiding teammates when appropriate. The position calls for a solid foundation in JavaScript component-based libraries or frontend frameworks such as React, experience working in an Agile environment, and familiarity with modern web development practices and scalable applications. Turn5 values curiosity, problem-solving, collaboration, and willingness to grow. The developer is also expected to use AI tooling pragmatically, reviewing, testing, and understanding generated code before it ships. The developer will join an eCommerce Development group with senior- and mid-level developers, partnering with QA, UX, Product, IT Development, Data Engineering, and Marketing teams. Technologies encountered may include C# and .NET or other backend stacks, SQL, ElasticSearch, containerization, TypeScript, responsive design, modern CSS, testing tools, and AI-assisted development tools. The role offers a hybrid schedule: employees local to within 50 miles of the Paoli, Pennsylvania headquarters typically work onsite two days per month; remote employees work onsite two weeks per year. Compensation is described as competitive and aligned with experience and impact, with a quarterly bonus program. Turn5 describes its culture as people-first, team-oriented, and focused on work-life balance, clear communication, curiosity, ownership, and collaboration.
