About The Position
Fantom Corporation is seeking a Front-End Developer to support a mission-critical enterprise. The role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining intuitive user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences while supporting enterprise application requirements. The ideal candidate translates designs and business requirements into scalable front-end solutions.
Requirements
- Must possess an active Top Secret clearance.
- Must be willing and able to obtain a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong design experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong technical expertise, including mentorship responsibilities and delivering process optimization.
- Experience collaborating across teams and using secure software development practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop reusable UI components and optimize application performance.
- Ensure accessibility and cross-platform compatibility.
- Monitor system health, user metrics, performance, and operational availability.
