About The Position

Gold's Gym Tennessee is seeking a Front Desk associate to join their team. This role involves assisting guests with new memberships and members with check-ins and questions. The position offers a supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement and professional development. Gold's Gym has been responsible for life-changing transformations since 1965, and the Tennessee franchise, established in 2010, currently has 16 locations with plans for expansion.

Requirements

No degree or certification needed; training is provided.
Ability to genuinely connect, communicate with, and motivate others.

Nice To Haves

No fitness certification required.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with new memberships.
Assist members with checking in and answering questions.
Meet with the manager on duty to review the day's assignments.
Participate in free workouts.
