The Service Team Attendant is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, checking/scanning membership passes and providing specific program information. Daily operations include opening and/or closing procedures, balancing cash drawer at end of shift and conducting facility tours to familiarize patrons with the park district. Additionally this position must perform all necessary registration functions and sales such as facility pass and program registration, class transfers, wait-lists, picnic permits, room rentals, printing of reports, and data entry.
