About The Position

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk/Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer support, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth daily functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and data entry skills
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail for document accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous
AthenaOne EHR experience a plus
Orthopedic experience a plus

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner at the front desk
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records
Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and office organization
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Perform administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and supporting office management activities
Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked
Support additional administrative duties including typing, document preparation, and supporting personal assistant tasks
