About The Position

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking enthusiastic, positive, and communicative individuals to welcome and engage people who visit or call the studio and those interested in improving their fitness. The role is suited to someone who is passionate about fitness, enjoys helping others, and thrives as part of a team. No degree or fitness experience is required. The position offers a path to advancement into Lead Sales Associate, Assistant Manager, Manager, or Coach roles.

Requirements

• Positive interpersonal qualities and the ability to communicate with a wide range of people.

Responsibilities

• Share Orangetheory Fitness’s story and success with people who visit the studio, call for information, or express interest in improving their fitness.
• Communicate effectively with prospective and current members, both in person and in writing.
• Help others engage with fitness and improve their well-being.
