About The Position

This position serves as the front line of our clinics and plays a major role in both patient experience and daily clinic operations. We're looking for someone who can stay organized in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Familiarity with medical office operations are helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting patients and assisting with check-in procedures
  • Verifying patient information and insurance details
  • Answering incoming phone calls in a courteous and timely manner
  • Scanning and maintaining patient documentation accurately
  • Processing payments and maintaining patient account records
  • Keeping clinic forms stocked and organized
  • Addressing patient questions or concerns professionally
  • Protecting patient confidentiality and following HIPAA guidelines
  • Working closely with providers and fellow team members
  • Assisting with cross-training and helping where needed throughout the clinic
  • This role may occasionally require helping outside the normal scope of duties to support clinic operations and patient care.
