About The Position

HealthCARE Express is looking for dependable, energetic people to join our D.O.F.I. team! A D.O.F.I. stands for Director of First Impressions. This front desk position is one of the most important roles in our clinics. You're the first smile patients see, the voice they hear on the phone, and a huge part of creating a positive patient experience from start to finish. In this role, you'll greet patients, verify information, answer phones, assist with patient questions, process payments, verify insurance, and help keep patient accounts and clinic documentation organized and accurate. You'll also help maintain confidentiality standards while working closely with both patients and medical staff throughout the day. We're looking for someone who can stay professional in a fast-paced environment, communicate well with others, and jump in where needed. Flexibility is important, as team members may occasionally help with tasks outside their usual routine and participate in cross-training opportunities.
