About The Position

The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, maintaining building security, and supporting daily operations within the condominium.

Requirements

  • Must live no more than 30 minutes from the East Fort Lauderdale area.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer questions, provide directions, and assist with resident requests
  • Manage guest check-ins and visitor logs
  • Answer phone calls and emails; direct inquiries appropriately
  • Receive and distribute packages, mail, and deliveries
  • Maintain a daily log of incidents, maintenance issues, and notable activity
  • Keep records of visitors, vendors, and service requests
  • Coordinate with property management and maintenance staff
  • Assist with scheduling amenities (clubhouse, parking, etc.)
  • Monitor common areas for cleanliness and report issues
  • Ensure lobby and front desk area remain organized and presentable
