About The Position

If you never meet a stranger and thrive in a fast-paced environment, HealthCARE Express is looking for you. We're searching for a Director of First Impressions (D.O.F.I.) to join our team. This isn't your typical front desk position. You'll be the first smile our patients see, helping create a positive experience while keeping the clinic running smoothly behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients
• Verify information
• Answer phones
• Assist with insurance verification
• Collect payments
• Help keep patient records accurate and organized
• Work closely with our clinical team to ensure each patient receives outstanding service from check-in to check-out.
