About The Position

At Charlotte Aquatics, we believe swim lessons are about more than learning strokes. We help children build life-saving skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of the water. Since 1996, we have had the privilege of providing more than 90,000 swim lessons to families throughout the Charlotte community. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will often be the first person a family interacts with. Whether answering questions from a nervous first-time parent, helping a family find the right class, or welcoming students through our doors, you play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every family. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable resource for current and prospective families
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Help families select the appropriate program and schedule
  • Assist with registration, account management, and payments
  • Provide outstanding customer service and problem-solving support
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and teammates
  • Help create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment
