Since 1996, we have had the privilege of providing more than 90,000 swim lessons to families throughout the Charlotte community. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will often be the first person a family interacts with. Whether answering questions from a nervous first-time parent, helping a family find the right class, or welcoming students through our doors, you play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every family.
