About The Position

At Charlotte Aquatics, we believe swim lessons are about more than learning strokes. We help children build life-saving skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of the water. Since 1996, we have had the privilege of providing more than 90,000 swim lessons to families throughout the Charlotte community. None of that would be possible without an incredible team of passionate people who care deeply about making a difference. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will often be the first person a family interacts with. Whether answering questions from a nervous first-time parent, helping a family find the right class, or welcoming students through our doors, you play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every family.   • No swim experience is required. We provide all necessary training.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable resource for current and prospective families
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Help families select the appropriate program and schedule
  • Assist with registration, account management, and payments
  • Provide outstanding customer service and problem-solving support
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and teammates
  • Help create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment
