About The Position
The Front Desk Supervisor coordinates the operation of the program during the assigned shift. Stockholm Family Residence is a transitional family shelter where residents learn essential skills that enable them to meet the challenges of everyday life. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One year of relevant experience working in a similar capacity in a social services setting.
- Must possess good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Security License
- Fire Guard (F-80)

Responsibilities
- Directs all front desk staff activities to ensure adherence to policy and procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation of front desk activities.
- Provide emergency assistance to residents as needed and supervise incident management system.
- Monitor building safety.
- Conduct rounds at residence as assigned
