The role also involves counting the bank, balancing receipts, and adhering to Accounting specifications. Additionally, the position assists management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees, serving as a role model and the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy. It requires reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions, completing safety training, and adhering to company policies, including maintaining a clean and professional appearance and confidentiality. The role involves anticipating and addressing guest service needs, communicating clearly and professionally, and maintaining positive working relationships. It also requires adherence to quality expectations and standards, and the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
