About The Position
Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and positive environment, responding promptly to member needs, and ensuring every guest has a professional and enjoyable experience. The role includes welcoming members and guests, handling check-ins and membership transactions, supporting facility operations, and operating the smoothie bar.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Check in members and playground attendees.
- Answer phones.
- Sell memberships and process membership changes.
- Give facility tours.
- Wash, dry, and fold towels.
- Greet members upon arrival and departure.
- Take payments.
- Sell retail products.
- Operate the smoothie bar.
