Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and web-based systems
Typing speed of 40–50 words per minute preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
Previous receptionist, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Schedule pre-employment testing appointments accurately and efficiently
Answer and manage multiple phone lines professionally
Welcome and assist patients, candidates, and visitors
Prepare charts and maintain accurate documentation
Collect payments and support front office operations
Communicate effectively with referral sources, employers, and healthcare providers
Maintain an organized and professional reception area
Support smooth patient flow and daily clinic operations
