About The Position

The Lash Lounge is seeking a friendly, organized, and confident Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our lash salon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, beauty-focused environment and enjoys making people feel special. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional client experience from the initial contact to the final checkout. Requirements

• Previous work experience in Front Desk, Sales or Retail, preferably in spa/salon/fitness/hotels/service industry
• Great with people and enjoys interacting with customers
• Exceptional customer service skills (in-person and over the phone)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Can work weekends and evenings
• Has a flexible schedule to pick up shifts as needed
