About The Position

Club Pilates is seeking a motivated, dynamic sales representative to help people improve their lives through health and fitness. The Sales Representative assists the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into introductory classes, and helps retain current members. Pilates fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required. Full-time and part-time positions are available. The role is performed in person and may involve daily or occasional travel.

Requirements

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and by email.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• One year of sales experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Pilates fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
• Conduct facility tours, build relationships, and identify prospective members’ needs and wants.
• Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production.
• Emphasize and enforce the club’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
• Present available services to current and prospective members.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms and schedule and publish daily posts using tools such as Digital Stack.
• Participate in special events, including health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events, to promote the club.
• Clean and organize the Pilates studio.
• Assist with ordering retail products, verifying inventory counts, and stocking retail products, studio supplies, and equipment.
• Develop selling skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
