Requirements

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work independently and remain attentive during overnight shifts
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must successfully pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, visitors, and guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to residents and families
  • Support the Executive Team with various administrative tasks
  • Conduct routine security checks throughout the community
  • Monitor building access and visitor activity during overnight hours
  • Complete light cleaning and organizational tasks as assigned
  • Maintain a professional and positive front desk environment
