About The Position

We are looking for a friendly front desk receptionist to join the Princess Anne family of 200+ team members and 1,200+ Members. We are currently seeking a receptionist to work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position is expected to run from mid-July through approximately November. There may also be an opportunity to remain with us afterward as a backup receptionist and to work on Saturdays. In this position, you will utilize outstanding customer service skills to: Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for members and guests contacting the club in person, via phone, email and text. Maintain an ongoing knowledge of club events, programs policy changes, etc. as to best assist members. Assist with accounting items such as cash sales and petty cash management. Assist with reservations for dining, events and programs. Ensure that the clubhouse front desk area is clean and tidy. Assists with administrative tasks as needed (deliveries, wine pick up, mail, copies, faxes, rentals, etc.). Maintain the coat closet and lost and found. Welcome guests to the club and manage club guest cards. Support fellow team members by editing, printing and posting to social media and PACC website/mobile app the nightly dinner features, printing/laminating menus and flyers, creating meal cards and signage and posting event flyers. Work closely with the entire team ensure each Member and guest are provided with Personal Attention that is Consistently Captivating.

Requirements

  • Computer skills (basic Microsoft Office and email skills)
  • An enthusiastic personality
  • GED accepted
  • Be able to lift 50 pounds.
