About The Position

Origlio Beverage is a leading wholesale distributor of fine beer, cider, hard seltzer, and other progressive adult beverages. We are a 4th generation family-owned and operated business, founded in 1933, serving the 9 counties of Southeastern Pennsylvania. We pride ourselves on delivering the taste of excellence. We are seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors while assisting with a variety of administrative and office support functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. This is a 100% in-office, part-time position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or office support experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to lift and carry office packages and materials.

  • Experience providing administrative support to a Sales team.
  • Knowledge of the beverage industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving office deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales department and other office personnel.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • File and organize office paperwork and records.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and common office areas.
  • Lift and move incoming packages and office materials as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and company systems as required.
  • Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
