About the role Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join the front desk team at our state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, Arkansas (AR) . This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week. Schedule: Mon-Fri: 4:45am-1:30pm
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Adult & pediatric CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
- Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.
Responsibilities
- Greet, check-in and assist customers.
- Provides program information, services, membership and ensures the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
