The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for the management and coordination of all front desk operations for the Therapy Division. Supports Therapy office responsibilities, including: Manages therapy scheduling and registration, including gathering patient information, selecting appropriate clinicians, verifying insurance, and collecting copays. Handles reception duties such as greeting patients, managing calls, scheduling/rescheduling, directing visitors, and performing general office/secretarial tasks. Completes case‑management functions including obtaining authorizations, managing medical/legal information requests, processing evaluations, and supporting quality improvement activities. Supports departmental operations by coordinating meetings, referrals, and communications; using office software effectively; assisting new staff; and performing additional assigned duties.
