Requirements

Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
Minimum of 1 year in a medical office or office setting
Experience working with or knowledge of EMR software
Experience with Microsoft Office
Motivated team player
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to interact with clients in a courteous, professional manner

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and client experience
Act as the Director of first impressions and maintain continued client engagement via in-person, phone, and email correspondence
Review and explain therapy services and insurance benefits to clients
Communicate consulting services to employers
Assist with the completion of client paperwork
Work collaboratively to implement front desk processes and related tasks such as scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and inputting information into the electronic medical record (EMR)
Support the clinical provider team by relaying and coordinating treatment information from referring providers and/or employers for consulting services
