Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Minimum of 1 year in a medical office or office setting
  • Experience working with or knowledge of EMR software
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Motivated team player
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to interact with clients in a courteous, professional manner

Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and client experience
  • Act as the Director of first impressions and maintain continued client engagement via in-person, phone, and email correspondence
  • Review and explain therapy services and insurance benefits to clients
  • Communicate consulting services to employers
  • Assist with the completion of client paperwork
  • Work collaboratively to implement front desk processes and related tasks such as scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and inputting information into the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Support the clinical provider team by relaying and coordinating treatment information from referring providers and/or employers for consulting services
