Requirements

Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
Minimum of 1 year in a medical office or office setting
Experience working with or knowledge of EMR software, Microsoft office
Motivated team player who possesses strong organizational and communication skills
Enjoys interacting with clients in a courteous, professional manner

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service and client experience
Director of first impressions and continued client engagement including in-person, over the phone and email correspondence
Reviewing and explaining therapy services and insurance benefits to clients and communicating consulting services to employers.
Assisting with completion of client paperwork
Work collaboratively to implement front desk processes and related tasks such as: scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and inputting information into the electronic medical record (EMR)
Supporting the clinical provider team by relaying and coordinating treatment information from referring providers and / or employers for consulting services.
