We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Washington driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Desire to work in an environment with older adults.
• Ability and desire to act as a First Responder.
• Sincere interest in making visitors, residents and staff feel welcome and listened to.
• Ability to work in a high traffic area understanding that interruptions are a major part of the job duties.
• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to get along with co-workers, demonstrate integrity and express a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Answer and monitor phone lines and direct callers.
• Greet the public, prospective residents and families professionally and courteously.
• Provide services to residents such as scheduling transportation requests, guest room reservations, and life enrichment or dining sign-ups.
• Monitor medical alert systems and follow protocol to respond.
• Act as a First Responder in case of emergencies.
• Escort emergency personnel to location of emergency if needed.
• Responsible for covering the expanse of the interior and exterior grounds of our campus.
• Operate company vans, trucks and golf carts as needed.
