River Valley Family Health Centers is looking for a Front Desk Professional to join our team in Delta, Colorado. The Front Desk Professional serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. This role is responsible for conducting front office operations, including patient check-in and check-out, verifying demographic and insurance information, scheduling appointments, and handling phone communications. The position also supports financial counseling, payment processing, and accurate maintenance of patient records within electronic medical and dental systems. Working closely with the Front Desk Supervisor and clinical staff, the Front Desk Professional plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining confidentiality while supporting the clinics mission to provide accessible, high-quality care to the community.
