Requirements

  • Minimum two years of office experience, preferably in a reception setting
  • Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with a detail-focused approach.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in navigating Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Team player who takes initiative and is self-motivated to continuous learning and development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to effectively de-escalate difficult client conversations and drive them to resolution.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve challenges effectively.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact well with diverse personalities.
  • Able to operate independently with minimal supervisor intervention.
  • Able to independently apply objective decision-making.
  • Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

  • Reliable transportation and the ability to lift roughly 30 pounds for mail.

Responsibilities

  • Routes incoming phone calls to appropriate agents or assists clients directly.
  • Greets visitors and assists with various administrative requests.
  • Responds to client inquiries, documents communications, issues, and resolutions.
  • Resolve client issues with a sense of urgency to avoid disruptions in client service and/or coverage.
  • Provide operations support for front desk activity to include mail processing, and data entry.
  • Provide additional operations support as needed.
