About The Position
Lakeview RV Resort is a welcoming destination in beautiful Bluff City, Tennessee, offering guests a relaxing stay with exceptional hospitality and a well-maintained property. We are looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join our staff in a dual Front Desk & Housekeeper role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is passionate about providing outstanding guest service.
Requirements
- Must pass background check
- Must have valid driver license
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning reservation software
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Able to stand, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and work both indoors and outdoors as needed
- Weekend and holiday availability required
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospitality, customer service, or housekeeping experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, answer phones, make reservations, process payments, respond to guest questions, and assist with daily front desk operations.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and communicate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Clean and prepare cabins, restrooms, laundry facilities, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, restock supplies, and remove trash.
- Report maintenance concerns.
- Ensure the resort remains clean, comfortable, and inviting for every guest.
