About The Position
The Front Desk / Guest Services Agent supports daily front desk operations by assisting guests throughout their stay, handling reservations and payments, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with other teams to address guest needs. The position is full-time and onsite in Austin, Texas, with rotating shifts that include weekends and holidays. The listed pay range is $24.00–$26.00 per hour, plus benefits.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- At least 1 year of front desk, hotel, or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Cash handling experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and handle check-in, check-out, and reservations.
- Answer phones and guest questions, and coordinate guest requests.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records in the property system.
- Resolve guest issues professionally and hand them off to the appropriate team.
