About The Position

Twin Mountain KOA is seeking a dependable, friendly, and hardworking couple for a seasonal position through October 22. This role offers an RV site for your stay and is ideal for a couple who enjoys the outdoors, meeting new people, and contributing to a campground team. One partner will focus on front office and guest services, while the other will handle campground maintenance and grounds care. The ideal candidates work well together to create a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for guests.

Requirements

  • Must pass background check
  • Maintenance/Grounds candidate must have valid driver license
  • Front Office candidate must have basic computer knowledge
  • A dependable couple who enjoys working together as a team.
  • Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed during the camping season.

Nice To Haves

  • Maintenance experience is a plus.
  • Previous campground, RV resort, hotel, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
  • Check guests in and out and assist with reservations.
  • Answer phones and respond to guest questions and requests.
  • Provide information about campground amenities, policies, and local attractions.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate reservation information.
  • Assist guests with concerns or requests and help create a positive camping experience.
  • Help keep the office and guest areas clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Assist with seasonal activities and other campground events as needed.
  • Maintain campground grounds, facilities, and common areas.
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Clean and maintain restrooms, buildings, and other guest facilities.
  • Assist with landscaping, mowing, trimming, trash removal, and general groundskeeping.
  • Help prepare campsites and facilities for arriving guests.
  • Identify maintenance issues and communicate needs to management.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and seasonal campground projects.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive campground environment.
